RETURNS

Unsuitable items which have been purchased ONLINE must be returned to Saretta Boutique HQ within 14 days.

All items that are returned or exchanged must be unworn and in their original condition, including any packaging and swing tags. If any item is damaged, soiled or altered this may not be accepted and may be sent back to you at your expense. Please take extra care when trying on your item(s), as we cannot refund any items that are marked or tainted with makeup, tan, body lotions, perfumes or body odours.

LATE RETURNS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED

It is your responsibility to ensure the items arrive back with us within the 14 day period so please be mindful of this, some postal services are experiencing delays which may affect your return. 

Once your return has reached our store, we will endeavour to process your return and undertake a quality review ASAP, please allow 4 working days for it to be processed. We will send you an email confirmation to let you know when this has been done. Please be aware that it can take your bank a further 2-10 days for the funds to appear back in your bank account depending on the card issuer. We cannot refund postage.

Certain items cannot be returned for hygiene reasons e.g Earrings

Saretta Boutique is not liable for loss or damage to any items received whilst being returned so please obtain proof of postage.

Refunds must be issued back to the original method of payment.
We cannot process cash refunds.

We reserve the right not to refund you if items are returned outside of our Returns Policy

If you are unhappy with your in store purchase, please return it within 1 week of purchase for an exchange/credit note.
